This privacy and personal data protection policy (hereinafter “the Policy”) regulates everything related to the collection, storage, processing, administration, transfer, transmission, and protection of all information received from its users through the website www.kaumer.com/ in accordance with the provisions of Statutory Law 1581 of 2012, Decree 1377 of 2013, and other related regulations.
Identification of the Data Controller The legal entity responsible for and in charge of the data obtained and voluntarily provided by users or visitors through the website www.kaumerdealer.com/ (hereinafter THE PORTAL) and the databases where this data will be stored is KAUMER S.A.S (hereinafter THE COMPANY), identified with NIT 900997183-8 from the city of Valledupar, Colombia, and whose contact email is info@kaumer.com.
Information Collected The information collected includes but is not limited to “Personal Data.” “Personal Data” refers to all personal information voluntarily provided by users or visitors to the PORTAL when registering as users of the website, including data such as names, surnames, date of birth, identification document, gender, physical address, email address, phone numbers, city of residence, among others.
